Outbid.lol (August 2026) ranked by lifetime dollars, so a whale could freeze #1. RankBurns is the second product from that wave with a different rule: fuel decays, today is a separate board, clicks are de-duped, visitor counts are 7-day uniques, and outbound links are marked sponsored.

Outbid.lol ranks by lifetime dollars paid, so a whale can freeze #1. RankBurns ranks by remaining fuel that decays 8% every day, plus an audience multiplier, and splits Today (last 24 hours) from the all-time hall. Visitor counts are unique identities over 7 days, not since launch.

### How does fuel and ranking work?
Every settled payment adds fuel. Fuel burns 8% per day continuously. Hall score = remaining fuel × (1 + unique referred visitors / 100), capped at 3×. Today's board ranks fuel added in the last 24 hours. Minimum bid is $5. Taking #1 on fuel alone costs the current #1 remaining fuel plus $5. If you already have fuel, you pay only the delta (target remaining minus current remaining), not the full bid again.

### Are bids refundable?
No, except duplicate charges, our technical failure to credit fuel, or listings we hide for abuse. Checkout is immediate performance of paid placement.

### Is RankBurns advertising?
Yes. Rank is remaining fuel, not votes, reviews, or quality. Outbound clicks are marked as sponsored. Operator listings are labeled.

### What is a monthly ad slot?
Advertise is separate from Get listed. For a flat monthly fee you get a labeled Ad card that rotates between ranked rows on the homepage and category pages for 30 days. It does not buy leaderboard rank. Inventory is capped.
